How to make Vegetable Soup


Yield : 50 Liters

Substances :
  • four hundred ml Vegetable oil
  • 4 Kg Onions, sliced
  • 3 Kg Leeks, inexperienced & white components, sliced
  • 1,five g Celery, diced
  • six hundred g Tomatoes, sliced
  • 50 g Garlic cloves, beaten
  • 5 computers Bay Leaf, dry
  • four desktops Entire cloves
  • 60 Liter Water
  • Salt, to flavor three. Sprinkle chopped ham over soup. Serve. 
 Approach of Coaching :
Warmth the vegetable oil in a medium heated inventory pot or tilting pan.
Sauté the onions and leeks within the vegetable oil for a short time.
Upload celery and garlic and sauté unless translucent (approx. for three to five mins).
Upload water, tomatoes, bay leaf, entire cloves and the salt and simmer for about 1 hour.
Eradicate scum as it accumulates.
Skim, stress by material, urgent on greens to unlock as tons liquid as imaginable.
Cool and retailer correctly
