How to make Vegetable Soup
Yield : 50 Liters
Substances :
- four hundred ml Vegetable oil
 - 4 Kg Onions, sliced
 - 3 Kg Leeks, inexperienced & white components, sliced
 - 1,five g Celery, diced
 - six hundred g Tomatoes, sliced
 - 50 g Garlic cloves, beaten
 - 5 computers Bay Leaf, dry
 - four desktops Entire cloves
 - 60 Liter Water
 - Salt, to flavor three. Sprinkle chopped ham over soup. Serve.
 
    Warmth the vegetable oil in a medium heated inventory pot or tilting pan. 
Sauté the onions and leeks within the vegetable oil for a short time.
